14 Promontory Court is located through the South Gate and then a quick right over the lagoon bridge, off Carnoustie Road. It's a very short (bike ride or walk) distance by path and walking bridge behind Alexander's to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. It's a little farther to the beach by bike or by free seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle.

Excellent location, lacking in basic supplies- salt and pepper, trash bags, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap. Ample pots and pans, grill in good working order. A keurig would be a good addition. Any problems were quickly addressed by security.
