Description

As you enter this first floor villa you will be greeted by the new wood floors throughout the living, dining and bedroom areas.

The Kitchen comes fully-equipped making your cooking experience just like home. The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and real hardwood cabinets. Just off the Kitchen is the half bath, making it convenient for your visitors. The Living Room features comfortable contemporary furniture, flat screen TV and access to your private patio. The Dining Area seats four and features a unique tile top table.

The Primary Bedroom has a large King bed, flat screen TV, private patio access and an en-suite Primary Bathroom for your convenience. The Primary Bathroom features an updated tile top vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

Outside you'll find your patio with plenty of seating while being tucked away making it very private. The Beach is easily accessible by just a few minute drive or by calling the Dunes Buggy Shuttle, a seasonal on-demand shuttle service provided at no charge.

This vacation rental is pet-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No pets are permitted between April 1 through September 30. Our pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.

1857 St. Andrews Commons is located on Queens Folly Road 1/8th of a mile from the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort entrance on the right. The beach is easily accessed by a short bike or car ride or by calling the free seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle. It is also a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters, The General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, golf and more.

My wife and I celebrated our 43rd anniversary so we took a 4 day trip to Hilton Head. The no contact check in worked perfect. When we arrived on the property and was not sure where we were going. We stopped and asked a security guard for directions. She was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rest of the stay was perfect. The little things do matter!

Property was well appointed - immaculate clean - perfect for 2 / shower tight Living room pillows needed an upgrade as well as the couch / we were given the wrong code to get into the pool / bikes didn’t arrive when promised but all in all Palmetto Dunes is a beautiful resort

Exceedingly clean & very comfortable. Seemed much larger than it really is due to thoughtful storage & multiple spaces to read, relax,compute,do laundry, watch TV, etc. in friendly neighbprhood. Thoroughly charming!

Super clean, quiet, and surprisingly well stocked. I really appreciated not having to grocery shop for laundry pods / dishwasher soap, etc. Little things like this just make all the difference. One suggestion - power strips for charging more devices at once would be useful.

The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was so close to the pool and was very quiet. We loved staying here and would definitely book this place again. We rented bikes for the week and rode them to the pickleball courts and the beach everyday.

We had no problem getting around, easy dinner reservations(although we do eat early). The beach and the ocean was perfect!

The Villa was clean & was decorated beautifully. Everything we needed was in the Villa & liked that there had no carpet. The pool at the St. Andrews Commons was beautiful & was well maintained. One of the nicest Villas we have stayed at & have been coming to Hilton Head for 10 yrs.

As usual, our rental experience was wonderful. We did however thoroughly clean the unit before we moved in. On arrival, we found the effort to be rushed at best. Rugs were found tossed outside the front door and the regimen of dusting and vacuuming was sadly lacking. In an age where staffing cleaning crews is very difficult, we chose to simply insure the proper cleaning to our own satisfaction. We would suggest that a deep cleaning of the unit is long overdue.

We love this villa and have stayed here multiple times. It's always clean and suits our needs perfectly. We would definitely stay here again. Our check-in process was smooth and we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Perfect for bike riding and enjoying the island!

The condo was very comfortable. Almost everything you need was provided.
(Bring coffee filters and beach towels)
We brought bikes and enjoyed riding all over the resort.
After Elsa storm, the grounds crew worked very quickly to make the resort cleaned up. The landscape is gorgeous. Interesting variety of flowers on the resort.
