Description

The Queens Grant complex is conveniently located in Palmetto Dunes on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course in Hilton Head Island. Short walk to the beach, tennis and golf and a short bike ride to Shelter Cove Marina.

This villa is on the ground floor and single level. The primary bedroom two queen beds with an HDTV. There is an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and has it's own en suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The Kitchen is fully equipped with serving window to dining area and opens to living area. Dining table with seating for six opens to the living area. Living room has a sleeper sofa and leather sofa, TV/DVD/VCR player and slider opens to large deck with table and seating for four.

This vacation rental is pet-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No pets are permitted between April 1 through September 30. Our pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.

627 Queens Grant is located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort along the Robert Trent Jones Golf course right past the entrance. It is a short walk to the beach, Palmetto Dunes Pickleball and Tennis center, Alexander’s Restaurant & Wine Bar and golf. It is also short bike ride to Shelter Cove Marina via the pedestrian underpass.

First time renting through Palmetto dunes rentals. It was flawless. I choose the contact free check in, welcome package including parking passes arrived in Canada a week before our check in date. The unit was pet friendly and was perfect for our dog. The unit was spotless, you would never know it was pet friendly. Queens Grant is a great location within easy walking distance to the beach, Trent Jones golf, Fazio golf, the general store, pickleball, Alexander's restaurant. One bonus of renting through Palmetto dunes rentals is that you will receive a card for 10% off the above mentioned activities (and others) The unit itself is nicely decorated, the furniture is comfortable, the beds are comfortable, but bring your own pillows, those provided are wafer thin foam. We where there for the whole month of February, so we cooked and ate in most days. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, plates and glasses but really lacked in pots and pans. All the appliances appeared to be brand new and worked well. The dishwasher however needs replacing. The backyard is absolutely perfect for your dog. It is large and very private and flat without a wooden deck. We just tied our dog to the tree so she could wonder within the confines of the yard and had grass to do her business. Hilton head island is very pet friendly in the winter months no leash required on the beach if you have your dog under voice command!! Also lots of garbage cans everywhere to put your poop bags. Please pick up after your dog !! I would highly recommend renting this unit with your furry friend. Oh and there is no designated parking in Queens Grant it is on a first come first served basis. It was busy but we always found parking even if it was down from our unit.

Our vacation began with planning, condo selection, and activities with Cindy Diblasi Vacation Planner. From the time we began with her it was just a matter of a few days until we had reserved our ground floor one story condo, a perfect situation for my wife and I and our dog. Cindy searched and found the one unit that matched our needs.
The unit was clean and well stocked with kitchen and personal items. We really enjoyed the leather couch with electric recliners.
We walked the beach with our dog, ate at our favorite restaurants, and just enjoyed two enjoyable weeks.
We used the contactless check in which worked perfectly.
It was simply a great experience and we’ve been part of Hilton Head for 25 years.

Our Queens Grant condo was ideally located-just a short walk to the beach & General Store. We immensely enjoyed the driving range, where a light dinner was delivered with a smile to our tee. Bikes were waiting for us before we even arrived. The underground passage to the marina was a big plus too. Our condo was gorgeous, very spacious, and well-equipped, although there was a dripping bathroom faucet, and we could have used more silverware-someone must have taken spoons and a few forks home with them. We had so many fun things to do that we didn't get to play pickle ball-maybe next time.

Rented this place for a vacation stay. To our surprise, the unit was spacious and nice. Very clean. Even came with a washer and dryer. This came in handy because we did not have to come home with a ton of dirty clothes. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent. Would come back.

The condo was very clean and large. The location was great and the fact that it was “pet friendly” at that time of the year was very nice. The condo could use some updating (I was told about this before renting the unit). I had a maintenance issue with the refrigerator, but the maintenance folks were there very promptly and fixed the issue. Overall a fantastic stay in a terrific location. Palmetto Dunes has to be the best area on HHI!

Excellent, easy check in process, no problem accessing unit (loved not having to carry keys), great location for tennis, pickleball, general store, swimming pool, beach, biking, etc.
This would also be a great unit for someone that does not like stairs (ranch) and one of the bathrooms had a step in shower with installed handle (great for older people or someone recovering from surgery, etc.). The unit was spacious, porch and grill were great.

Having not been able to travel out of Canada for some time now, we were happy to have such a great location for our family of four golf getaway. We celebrated our Christmas and our New Year in the condo. We made great food and great memories.

We were to have 1 King and 2 Queens Beds and the mattress's had zero support and we are not over weight people, very disappointed in the bedding. We were playing Pickleball and clinics each day for 4-5 hours. The patio was not neat with the grass growing between the building and the glass door. The patio was not as clean and bright as this picture. Would not recommend because of the bedding.

It was a beautiful place. I do think it needs a good deep cleaning and some light bulbs needed replaced. Other than that it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our stay.
