This pet friendly rental villa is conveniently located a short distance from the beach, general store, complex pools and much more! This condo features an open living room area with flat screen TV, wireless internet and sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and opens to the dining room. Both bathrooms feature a tub and shower combination. Enjoy the lovely outdoor seating area over looking the award-winning Robert Trent Jones golf course and lagoon system. Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, golf course, or tennis center. This vacation rental is pet-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No pets are permitted between April 1 through September 30. Our pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.

The large Queens Grant villa complex is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the championship oceanfront Robert Trent Jones golf course. Queens Grant amenities include multiple on-site community pools, spacious units with vaulted ceilings, nicely maintained landscaped area and bike paths throughout.
