As you enter you are met by the Kitchen and Dining Areas. The Kitchen comes fully-equipped to meet your family or group's cooking needs. The Dining Area is just off the Kitchen and features seating for six. The Living Room contains contemporary furnishing and a Flat Screen TV, with slider access to your private balcony. The bedrooms are located on either side of the villa, an ideal separation for families, couples and golf groups alike. The First Bedroom contains 2 Queen sized beds along with an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a single vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination. The Second Bedroom includes two Queen-sized beds and en-suite Guest Bathroom. The Guest Bathroom has a single vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination. This Centre Court Villa is centrally located to much of what Palmetto Dunes has to offer. Easily walk to the Robert Trent Jones and Fazio Golf Course clubhouses, Alexander's Restaurant and the General Store. The Beach is also only about a 15 minute walk away! Pets are welcome from October-March with a pet deposit.

Centre Court Villas

Centre Court is a complex nestled within the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort and its 11-mile lagoon system adjacent to the George Fazio Golf Course. The vacation rental complex has a beautiful pool and is located next to part of the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. As a guest of Palmetto Dunes Vacation Rentals, you will receive two free hours of tennis per day when available. There is a bridge over the lagoon that makes walking to Alexander's Restaurant & Wine Bar, the General Store, Tennis Center and Robert Trent Jones oceanfront golf course easily accomplished in minutes. The beach is easily accessed within a 10 minute walk.
