This spacious and well-appointed first-floor villa rental features two master suites and is within short walking distance to the beach, pool, tennis center, and golf courses. Enjoy the wooded and lagoon views from your private deck. Two master bedrooms feature private baths. Kitchen features tile flooring and dining table with seating for six. Living includes large flat screen TV and sliding door to balcony. This vacation rental is pet-friendly between October 1 through March 31 for an additional charge. No pets are permitted between April 1 through September 30. Our pet policy only allows one dog per rental unit with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. Other restrictions may apply.

Centre Court Villas

Centre Court is a complex nestled within the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort and its 11-mile lagoon system adjacent to the George Fazio Golf Course. The vacation rental complex has a beautiful pool and is located next to part of the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. As a guest of Palmetto Dunes Vacation Rentals, you will receive two free hours of tennis per day when available. There is a bridge over the lagoon that makes walking to Alexander's Restaurant & Wine Bar, the General Store, Tennis Center and Robert Trent Jones oceanfront golf course easily accomplished in minutes. The beach is easily accessed within a 10 minute walk.
