Amazing trip! Home is the perfect size for 8 guests and we had a wonderful time. The only complaint is that the "house amenities" were basically non existent. 2 rolls of paper towels for 3 night stay, 2 trash bags, nothing for cooking other than the hardware, no oil, salt pepper, COFFEE, nothing. Luckily we had one group at the store and one at the house communicating, but it was a little disappointing. We left what was unused so hopefully the next group lucks out!

It is intended to get you started for your stay, however, we are only a phone call away should you need a single replenishment. Everything that will be in the home prior to your arrival is listed online and in all of your pre-arrival information. We are prohibited by the Department of Health to allow any food or condiments to be available from guest to guest. There is a contamination hazard when items are open and left in the properties. We enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The house was clean and in good condition. Parts of the house could use some love. Only problem was the low water pressure in the shower. The water kind of dribble over you.

The house was perfect for a large group.lots of space. Access to bikes was key to making it easy to get to all the activities . The house was a little worn but everything worked which was most important. The only issue we had was every day we needed to call and have the door code changed as it locked us out daily. They were nice about updating it but it was something that could have been avoided.

There were 8 of us, we played 3 days of golf, house and location was great.I think a backup of paper towels was needed, along with coffee filters. TV/internet service not good. Back yard a mess, trash not taken!

This property fit our needs really well--seven friends staying in Palmetto Dunes to play golf. The property is ideally located, close to all three courses. The house was clean and comfortable. The management company and in particular Joe Prevyznak, was very helpful, accessible and professional. We would definitely want to return and stay at 12 Cartgate.

The location worked well with our stay. The pool was cleaned during our stay which was very appreciated.
Overall it could have been cleaner (floors, bathroom, kitchen counters). The dishwasher did not clean well and the racks were very rusty and dated. The outside furniture cushions were very dirty and no one sat on them. In the photo there appears to be some white chairs but they were not there. The loft was lovely and the bedrooms were very nice. The screened in porch was a delight to sit out at night. My advice for the owners is to replace some of the outdated appliances, replace the kitchen counters and paint the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen.

Good experience. We did have a parking issue and was given a citation ticket, but after talking with customer service, it was handled promptly and by a very nice individual.

This Hilton Head rental home features a screened in porch with vaulted ceiling and outdoor seating. There is a private pool in back yard.
The spacious and livable design has a large kitchen with counter seating for six and a dining room with seating for eight.
The large primary bedroom has a private entrance to the pool area. All bedrooms have private baths and the primary bath includes a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
An outdoor gas grill overlooks the pool area. It's just a short walk to the ocean! This vacation home works well for a family or group of friends looking to relax.
The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.
