Dual private balconies await your indulgence. The first balcony offers uninterrupted views of the ocean a canvas of blues and greens. The second balcony overlooks the community pool, where laughter and sun-kissed afternoons await. Sip your morning coffee or raise a toast to the sunset from these vantage points.
The Primary bedroom features a King-sized bed. New tile floors add a touch of sophistication, and the flat-screen TV promises entertainment. The en-suite bathroom boasts a generous sunken tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom houses a Queen-sized bed. Tiled floors create a cool oasis, and another flat-screen TV ensures cozy evenings. The en-suite bathroom offers a tiled walk-in shower for convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts gleaming granite countertops. Whether you’re preparing a beachside breakfast or a candlelit dinner, you’ll find everything you need. Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

What to expect during your stay:
Work Zones: The project will begin at Building Three and move to Building Two and then Building One. It will take place in sections or “stacks.” They are aiming for three stacks each week. Stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies
Noise: Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Certain areas throughout the neighborhood and parking spaces may be limited.
