Our unit was spotless except for the thick dust on the bathroom vanity shelves. Tub/shower needs badly updating as the fixtures look rusty.
I love the easy access to Shelter Cove marina, outfitters, pickleball courts, groceries, restaurants but the beach access was a bit of a trek. A fair trade off all in all.

The beach is easily accessed by a short bike or car ride or by calling the free seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle. It is also a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters, The General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, golf and more.
