We could want for nothing more. We love this condo so much that we have already an advance booked it for two times in 2024.
if it ever goes on sale, we would like to be at the top of the list for an opportunity to purchase it for our own luxurious getaway.

1665 St. Andrews Commons is located on Queens Folly Road 1/8th of a mile from the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort entrance on the right. The beach is easily accessed by a short bike or car ride or by calling the free seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle. It is also a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters, The General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, golf and more.

Living Room with HDTV [32]Absolutely inviting one bedroom Hilton Head villa with a loft and a sleeper sofa. You will feel instantly on vacation the minute you walk through the doors! Coastal colors and beach vibes throughout this wonderful villa.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you can think of for cooking for your friends and family. There is countertop seating at the pass through bar at the kitchen. Open spacious concept plan with large dining room table that seats six. The coastal living room has plenty of seating, a sleeper sofa and a large HDTV. There is a private patio right off the living room with seating and a grill for all your outside needs.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a HDTV and doors that go out to the private patio. The en-suite bathroom has a tiled walk in shower and single vanity sink.
A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs loft that has two twin beds plus a computer station making it a true fun family space! The bathroom upstairs has a tub shower combination and a single vanity sink.
The beach is easily accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy seasonal shuttle service. There is a private community pool very close to the villa.
You are close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer, golf, tennis, pickleball, bike trails, the 11 mile lagoon, restaurants, shopping and of course the beach!
