17 Brigantine is oceanfront with a private boardwalk and beach access point. With your gate pass you'll go through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy and will quickly be at your oceanfront home on Cat Boat Lane. This home is a quick bike ride to The Dunes House restaurant and less than a mile to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball Center, Alexander’s Restaurant & Wine Bar and the Palmetto Dunes General Store.

Floor Plan [72]Fall in love with this expansive oceanfront home located on the Atlantic Ocean in beautiful Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! As you enter you are welcomed by a grand staircase and wood floors leading to the kitchen, dining and living areas.
The kitchen is wonderfully designed with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Coming fully-equipped, you'll be able to cook a meal for the whole family here easily. The kitchen has bar seating for four. The dining area just off the kitchen comfortably seats eight. The living room is well-designed with comfort and beach in mind with plenty of comfortable furniture and an HDTV.
The first floor primary bedroom contains a king bed, HDTV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and separate sunken tub. The 5th bedroom located on the first floor features two two size beds and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower.
Heading upstairs, the first guest bedroom is another king bed with HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom could be used as a second primary bedroom with a tiled walk-in shower, two vanities and a separate sunken tub. The next guest bedroom also has a king, HDTV and en-suite guest bathroom. This second guest bathroom has a custom granite double vanity, tiled walk-in shower and separate sunken tub. Completing the second floor is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, HDTV and an en-suite guest bathroom.
Outside you'll enjoy your own private pool complex with sweeping Atlantic Ocean views along with a private boardwalk and beach access point! The pool is large and will accommodate your whole crew with ease! There are several lounge chairs and a couple outdoor dining tables with a gas grill as well. The pool can be heated (June - October 1st) for an additional fee.
