1766 St. Andrews Commons is located on Queens Folly Road 1/8th of a mile from the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort entrance on the right. The beach is easily accessed by a short bike or car ride or by calling the free seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle. It is also a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters, The General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, golf and more.

This villa is located on the second floor and features two bedrooms. It is the most sought after floor plan in the complex due to it being a flat. The primary bedroom off the living area has a king and the second bedroom with two queen beds. The primary bathroom and the guest bathroom both feature tub and shower combinations.
The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you'll need to prepare your own home-cooked meal! Located directly off the side of the kitchen is a screened-in balcony area, a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The dining area can seat six guests.
The living room contains comfortable furniture along with an HDTV and accompanying wet bar. Off of the living area is a wrap around deck and balcony great for relaxation.
The beach is easily accessed by a short bike ride, short car ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle service. The shuttle service is a seasonal and on-call resource.
