18 Fazio Villas is located through the South Gate and then a quick right over the lagoon bridge, off Carnoustie Road. It's a very short (bike ride or walk) distance by path and walking bridge behind Alexander's to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. It's a little farther to the beach by bike or by free seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle.

Fazio Villas Community Pool [39]This three bedroom, three bathroom villa will be perfect for next family or group outing! Steps from the pool and mere minutes from the beach, this large villa will provide ample space for your family to spread out and relax!
The kitchen has been beautifully updated with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to cook for your family or group will be available. There's a full size laundry just off the kitchen as well.
The dining area comfortably seats six with an additional table nearby seating another four.
Completing the open concept first floor is the living room which is decorated in a contemporary beach decor, stylish and comfortable, along with a wall-mounted Smart TV. Adjacent to the living and dining areas is the slider to your private deck.
There are three bedrooms in this spacious villa. The first bedroom features a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has Two Double beds. The third bedroom is a king bed. The second and third bedroom share a full bathroom.
Enjoy luxury outdoor seating on your private deck! Several different seating options make this space perfect! Down a few steps off your back deck and you are mere steps away from the beautiful Fazio community pool!
Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.
The beach can be easily accessed by a few minute bike trip, short walk or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle. The shuttle is an on-call and seasonal service. Also within easy walking distance are the George Fazio and Robert Trent Jones clubhouses, the main Tennis/Pickleball facility, Outfitters bike rentals, General Store, Alexander's restaurant and the Dunes House bar and grill!
Guests with Palmetto Dunes receive discounts at all of these amenities. Two free hours of tennis or pickleball court time per day (first come first served).
