1859 St. Andrews Commons is located on Queens Folly Road 1/8th of a mile from the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort entrance on the right. The beach is easily accessed by a short bike or car ride or by calling the free seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle. It is also a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters, The General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, golf and more.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bathroom. The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase and has two twin beds. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and French doors leading to a private balcony with outdoor seating.
This complex offers guests a private, complex swimming pool, large sundeck and pavilion. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer golfing, tennis and miles of bike paths.
This particular condo is located on the second floor, which is accessed by stairs only.
