1872 St. Andrews Commons is located on Queens Folly Road 1/8th of a mile from the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort entrance on the right. The beach is easily accessed by a short bike or car ride or by calling the free seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle. It is also a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters, The General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, golf and more.

The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The kitchen bar seats three. The kitchen will be fully-equipped making cooking at home an easy task! The adjoining dining area table seats four. The living area is nicely decorated and is outfitted with an HDTV.
Completing this single-level villa is the primary bedroom with its king bed, HDTV, and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom consists of an elegant custom-tiled walk-in shower.
Outside you can enjoy a private patio with an outdoor dining area seating four! The St. Andrews pool is just a short walk away! The beach within Palmetto Dunes can be accessed within a couple of minutes by vehicle, ten minutes by bike, or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy is a seasonal, on-call shuttle service located within the resort.
