The only issue was the door to the deck from the family room, with its bottom strip would slip out and keep the door from being able to open. We reported and immediately a handyman came and fixed it, but it continued to be a problem. Needs to be repaired.
I would definite recommend this house. It is super location to the beach, and the beach access. It is located at the end of the street, so it is quiet.
We love the beach, and the pool. The General Store is very convenient and our family went twice to the Toptracer Range.

The large gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, counter seating along with table seating for six.
The living room just off the kitchen was recently updated with new furniture and a wall-mounted Smart TV. On the other side of the living room is a separate living space, or great room, which also has all new furniture and a wall-mounted QLED Smart TV
The first floor primary bedroom features a king bed, wall-mounted Smart TV and an immense primary bathroom. The primary bathroom offers his and hers vanities, a large custom-tiled walk-in shower and a separate sunken garden tub.
The second floor offers another primary bedroom which also contains a king bed, seating/dressing area and an HDTV. The en-suite bathroom has a double-sink vanity, custom-tiled walk-in shower and a large sunken garden tub.
The first guest bedroom has two twin beds, HDTV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The en-suite guest bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.
The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The en-suite guest bathroom here contains a custom tiled tub and shower combination.
The third guest bedroom also has two twin beds, HDTV and an en-suite guest bathroom with a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.
A bonus room is also available with a pull-out sofa. Not quite a full bedroom, but with its bathroom featuring a tiled tub and shower combination nonetheless.
Outside you'll enjoy a multi-level private deck with seating for every occasion. Outdoor dining, lounging and suntanning options are available! The private pool with your own propane grill is the cherry on top of this wonderful vacation home.
Located at the end of Mooring Buoy road, enjoy a short walk to the beach or an even shorter bike ride all the while enjoying how private this area of Palmetto Dunes really is!
Pool heat is not available with this home.
