1971 St. Andrews Commons is located on Queens Folly Road 1/8th of a mile from the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort entrance on the right. The beach is easily accessed by a short bike or car ride or by calling the free seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy shuttle. It is also a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters, The General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, golf and more.

You will fall in love with this coastal beach villa! Conveniently located on the first floor, this single level corner unit will have everything you need for a great vacation!
The fully equipped kitchen has been beautifully updated and has all stainless steel appliances. There is a passthrough bar that has two stools for additional seating. There is a dining table that seats four just right off the kitchen adjacent to the living room. The bright and airy living room has plenty of comfy seating and a large smart tv.
Extra sunlight pours in from the large bay window that allows the perfect place for creating memories. The living room features french doors that include access to the wraparound deck with a wonderful view of the Fazio golf course. The large, private patio has plenty of seating while you enjoy meals and drinks with sweeping views of The George Fazio golf course!
The Primary bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and private bathroom. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room allowing up to two people to sleep comfortably.
The beach can be easily accessed by calling the seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle or by biking. You are so close to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer: tennis, pickleball, pool, fishing , biking, kayaking, shopping and of course the beach!
