21 Full Sweep is located along the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system with panoramic views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course. The beach can be easily accessed by a ten minute walk, or by simply calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which is a complimentary on-call (and seasonal) shuttle service. With your gate pass you’ll go through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy and turn left on Port Tack and finally a right on Full Sweep.

View of the 11-mile Lagoon System [36]Come enjoy this beautifully updated private home with its lagoon views and large pool. Upon entering the home you are greeted by the expansive Living and Dining Areas. The Living Room features a wall of windows with a slider to your large private pool, outdoor seating and suntanning area. There is a 65" Smart TV, new carpet and all new furniture including sofa, loveseat and oversized chair. The Dining Area has all new furniture and includes seating for six with the option for two additional seats should the need arise. The Kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and comes fully equipped with your inner chef in mind. Just off the Kitchen there is a Carolina Room with sofa and another 50" Smart TV along with access to the pool area.
The Primary Bedroom contains all new furniture as well with a large King sized storage bed, his and hers dressers, 50" Smart TV, walk-in closet and private access to the pool area. The en-suite Primary Bathroom was completely renovated with beautiful marble tile, Marble double vanity, tiled walk-in shower and ALL Grohe top-of-the-line finishes. The second bedroom features a queen bed with ample closet space and yet another 50" Smart TV. The bathroom was completely renovated as well much the same as the master with Marble tile and Grohe finishes, while featuring a Kohler steel tub and tile shower combination. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedding and carpet is new throughout the home!

Mid-November 2025 to Mid-March 2026 (Dates are subject to change)
This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.
The Beach is accessible via bike ride or by calling the Dunes Buggy shuttle which operates seasonally.
The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.
No pets are allowed at this property.
