211 Windsor Place is located just through the South Gate and then down Ocean Lane with the Windsor Place complex entrance on the left. Guests will have easy access to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes Resort has to offer including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop and more as well as direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk.

Front View of Windsor Place [41]Welcome to Seaside Paradise! As soon as you walk through the door immediately you will notice the copious amount of natural light pouring in through the wall of windows, you will feel instantly relaxed!
As you enter the villa on the right in a hall bathroom with a single vanity and stall shower. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar for three. For additional convenience, there is a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen area.
The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and matching love seat. There is a 55” Samsung Smart TV. The sliding glass doors lead you out to a partially covered balcony with a round glass table that seats four and one Adirondack chair. The balcony looks over a gorgeous landscaped yard, palm trees to the right and full pool view to the left. Enjoy the beautiful views while breathing in the fresh ocean air.
The serene master bedroom featuring all new furniture is located off the living room and has a king bed, 32” TV, and large private bath with a single vanity, soaking tub and separate glass walk-in shower. This room also has access to the balcony.
Whether sipping a hot cup of coffee in the morning or sipping a cool lemonade mid-afternoon, guests will delight in this luxury villa and its outstanding oceanfront view.
The Windsor Place complex is located oceanfront in the famous Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has two large oceanfront pools (heated seasonally) and hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4` 6"). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage. This complex has privately owned villas located oceanfront with great views of the ocean, pool or lagoon from any floor.
