212 Barrington Court is located about 2 miles off hwy 278 through the South Gate and straight down Ocean Ln in a beautiful oceanfront villa rental complex. The beach is easily accessible from a boardwalk that connects to the pool deck area. The heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant, Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball center and more is just a little over a mile away.

Front View of Barrington Court [35]Welcome to this fully renovated oceanfront beach getaway! Upon entering the condo you are greeted by the kitchen, dining and living room areas. Accenting these areas is a wall of windows and a slider overlooking several palm trees and one of the best views of the ocean in Barrington Court.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with all your family's cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The Dining Area has seating for six. The Living Area features beach contemporary furniture and an LCD Flat Screen TV with DVR which is Netflix compatible. New tile flooring adorns all of these areas.
The Primary bedroom features a King-sized bed and flat screen TV with an en-suite bathroom. The Primary bedroom has slider access to the private balcony and oceanfront views! The Primary bathroom has been newly updated and features two separate Quartz vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom contains two Queen beds with its own en-suite bathroom as well. This bedroom also has an LCD TV and oceanfront views. The newly-updated Guest bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and Quartz vanity.
A Pack N Play is available in this condo. Barrington Court is an oceanfront complex with a large pool and hot tub which are heated year-round. You'll be down the elevator and out to the beach in seconds!

What to expect during your stay:
Work Zones: This project has three waves. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Scaffolding will be present for the duration.
Noise: Noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Spaces may be limited due to equipment.
