Follow down Queens Folly Road and through the South Gate make the first possible left into Villamare. The Kitchen contains custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops while being fully equipped with the necessities of home. The Kitchen opens up to the Dining and Living areas of the condo. The Dining Area comfortably seats six. The Living Room has been tastefully decorated with a contemporary yet comfortable theme, while sharing beautiful wood floors with the entire condo.
The Primary bedroom has a King bed, leather recliner and its own en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of a granite double vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. On the other side of the condo is the Guest Bedroom with its two, yes two, King-size beds along with yet another en-suite Guest Bathroom. The Guest Bathroom has a granite vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination.
Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.
No pets are allowed at this property.
**Villamare Painting Project commencing on September 15th, 2025.This includes stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies during this period, along with accompanying noise. The entire undertaking is expected to be completed by March 30th, 2026.
