Clogged kitchen drain that took two days to fix. This was very inconvenient since without the use of the kitchen sink and dishwasher, we were not able to prepare our meals as planned.
Bathroom fans not functioning properly
Broken door bell
Wall Switch lights not in sync with the lamps.
Curtain pull rod in living room not attached.
Difficult to pull the curtains over the rod.
Blinds on windows were difficult to operate
Info for TV operation was not available upon arrival.
Mention is made of the needed repairs in hopes that future guests will not be bothered by the same inconveniences that we had during our vacation stay.
For maintenance issues that needed immediate repair, housekeeping and plumbing service were excellent. Both gentlemen were skilled and very courteous.

240 Captain Quarters is located mid-island in Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina across from Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. In Shelter Cove, make the first possible left on Shelter Cove Lane down to the very end and Captain’s Quarters is located on your left. The gated community offers great views of the Harbour, marsh and the Broad Creek, and many shops and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Located in Captain's Quarters, you'll be a relaxing walk away from several different restaurants and various outdoor activities and charters.
The kitchen is open and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and updated cabinetry. Completing the kitchen is the bar area with seating for three. The dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats another four.
Beyond the dining area, the living room awaits with its wall-mounted HDTV, comfortable furniture and slider access to your private balcony. The Primary suite has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite Primary bathroom. The views from the Primary suite are absolutely breathtaking! The Primary bathroom features a granite double-vanity and a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom contains two double beds, HDTV and its own guest bathroom. The guest bath has a granite vanity as well as a tub and shower combination.
This condominium is located right by where summer fireworks are launched. There will be no better view! The beach is easily accessed by a short drive across the street to Palmetto Dunes or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which is a seasonal, on-call but free shuttle service.
