2514 Windsor Place is located just through the South Gate and then down Ocean Lane with the Windsor Place complex entrance on the left. Guests will have easy access to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes Resort has to offer including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop and more as well as direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk.

Front View of Windsor Place Community [28]This beachfront 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom 5th floor villa features wonderful ocean views from all windows! When entering the villa, the fully equipped kitchen is on the right side which is perfect for cooking meals. There is a breakfast bar for two and a dining table which seats four. To the left is the additional full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The villa was recently updated with all new vinyl plank flooring which gives it a very beachy inviting feeling. The living room features 2 swivel chairs and calming coastal decor throughout. There is a mounted flat screen tv perfect for watching movies after a long day at the beach. In addition, there is a queen size murphy bed for 2 guests. There is also a dedicated office space for those who may need to work while away.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a en suite bathroom with jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. There is also access through a slider door that connects to the balcony.
Down the elevator the beach is just a few steps away! Windsor Place is an oceanfront complex in Palmetto Dunes that offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. It offers a large community swimming pool, Jacuzzi, zero entry children’s pool, sundeck and grilling area. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck over the dunes to the beach. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer three championship golf courses, tennis, pickleball and miles of bike paths.

This building will be undergoing a painting and window/door replacement project from 9/15/24-3/15/2025. Construction noise and view obstruction may occur even when the work is not in the immediate vicinity. This will be completed in sections so all units will not be directly affected at the same time. The install dates for this villa are sometime between 9/30/25-11/30/24. Exact dates have not been provided by the HOA/Regime. The pool and all of the building amenities will be operational.
