Loved this rental unit. Beautiful spot on the golf course. Quiet and isolated location. We’ll appointed kitchen. We each had a king size bed in our separate bedrooms. Comfortable and welcoming accommodations.

The unit was exactly as it appeared in the photos and Palmetto Dunes was as wonderful as I remembered. The tennis instruction is first rate and the facilities are excellent.

This villa very well decorated and clean. Had a hard time with the sliding glass door, very hard to push, needs to be repaired.

The unit was very nice and fit our needs perfectly. A bit more attention to small maintenance items is needed. Our toilet needed to be fixed the first night (very poor communication before finally fixed), the kitchen faucet is very loose, the dishwasher does not close properly, the patio doors are difficult to move, the washer is too loud, the dryer takes hours to dry and is filled with lint, the kitchen is missing key needs such as dish rags and towels, hot pads and a dish pan and rack. Nothing major, just a lot of minor inconveniences that could easily be addressed to make for a better experience.

We enjoyed our stay at 272 Turnberry very much. Upon arriving, there were a few things that needed attention and someone came to address those right away. We do think the appliances could use an update and it was disappointing that there was only 1 couch and 1 chair to use while watching TV or reading. The photo showed 2 couches and a chair. However, we had no problem entertaining with our friends and had 8 people over for dinner one evening and it was no problem. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The bathroom on the main floor was a little dated. The toilet never did work properly even though a service person came to look at it. It probably needs replacing. We had to constantly fill the water tank with water manually. And guests had to use that bathroom as there is no powder room. The upstairs suite was extremely nice. We had guests stay with us one week and they were very comfortable. Lastly, the dryer must need service since it took hours (not kidding) to dry a medius size load of clothing. Overall, it was a very nice condo and good for a long term stay. We would definitely rent this unit again.

I love the vacation vibes at Palmetto Dunes, the tennis facilities are the best!! Patrick and Eric keep the tennis flowing, lots of fun. The unit I stayed in (272 Turnberry) needs new appliances! The dishwasher and dryer are both on there last legs and barely work. The place needs a seriously deep cleaning too, it’s filthy.

We enjoyed a lovely week at 272 Turnberry. The place was nicely decorated, very clean and has a great view of the golf course. We enjoyed the pool and easy access to golf and pickleball. We road bikes to the beach and found the access by the Disney Resort convenient.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo is comfortable, clean and bright. The location is quiet. We like that it is tucked away yet it is still just a short bike ride to activities and the beach.

    272 Turnberry Village is located through the South Gate and then the first right onto Carnoustie Road. Follow down this road and the Turnberry Village entrance will be on the left across from Inverness Village. The distance to the beach is a little less than a mile by a nice bike ride or you can use the free seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle. It is a quick drive to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant and more.

    This two bedroom, two level Turnberry villa is located on the George Fazio Golf Course. The kitchen comes fully-equipped and provides plenty of storage. The kitchen has a pass-through to the dining area, which seats six. The kitchen bar area will seat an additional four guests. The living area is just off the kitchen and features plenty of comfortable seating, plenty of light and an HDTV for your viewing pleasure. The first floor Primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and an en-suite Primary bathroom that was been completely renovated. The Primary bathroom consists of a custom vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. Upstairs the landing, or loft, area has two new twin beds. The upstairs guest bedroom has a king bed and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom has also been completely renovated with a custom vanity and a large and beautifully designed tiled walk-in shower. Outside on your private deck there is a dining area for two along with a couple loungers to enjoy soaking in the sun. Your view is sweeping take of the George Fazio golf course! The beach, along with many other activities in including golf and tennis, are a short bike ride away. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a free on-call shuttle service, is also available seasonally.
