The only other unit you will see is the one to the left, yet it is at a distance being in the next group of villas. The nice landscaping & distance makes it barely noticeable. (I thought I’d mention this since the photos don’t reflect it & it’d been a concern for me prior to my stay). Lots of privacy with the units across the golf course being very far away.
I would definitely stay in 280 Turnberry again!

280 Turnberry Village is located through the South Gate and then the first right onto Carnoustie Road. Follow down this road and the Turnberry Village entrance will be on the left across from Inverness Village. The distance to the beach is a little less than a mile by a nice bike ride or you can use the free seasonal Dunes Buggy Shuttle. It is a quick drive to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant and more.

Entrance of Turnberry Community [29]This two bedroom, two level Turnberry villa is located on the George Fazio Golf Course.
The kitchen comes fully-equipped and provides plenty of storage and features nice granite countertops and black appliances throughout. The kitchen has a pass-through to the dining area, which seats six. The kitchen bar area will seat an additional four guests. The living area is just off the kitchen and features plenty of beach-contemporary comfortable seating, several windows and an HDTV for your viewing pleasure.
The first floor guest bedroom has one swing king bed which can also be utilized as two twin beds upon request, HDTV and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination. Upstairs the landing, or loft, area has a pull-out sofa bed. The upstairs Primary bedroom has a king bed and its own en-suite Primary bathroom. This Primary bathroom has a custom vanity and a large tiled walk-in shower.
Outside on your private deck there is a dining area for two along with a couple loungers to enjoy soaking in the sun. Your view is sweeping take of the George Fazio golf course! The beach, along with many other activities in including golf and tennis, are a short bike ride away. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a free on-call shuttle service, is also available seasonally.
