3 Full Sweep is located a short 10 minute walk from the beach and has a large private dock that backs up to an 11-mile lagoon system. With your gate pass you’ll go through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy and turn left on Port Tack and finally a right on Full Sweep. It is a quick drive to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant and more. Or take advantage of the free seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle.

This home is located a short 10 minute walk from the beach and has a large private dock that backs up to an 11-mile lagoon system. Perfect for fishing, watching the wildlife or enjoying the Lowcountry weather. The home is surrounded by several mature live oak trees - providing the ideal amount of shade and privacy.
Outside, the large pool and deck area are a great spot for entertaining a crowd. Providing ample seating with chairs and loungers around the pool and Adirondack chairs by the dock. Once inside, you'll enjoy the open floor plan with soaring ceilings and large windows letting in the natural light and dining room with seating for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a breakfast bar for two and kitchen table with seating for six.
All three bedrooms are located on the main floor. The primary bedroom features a king and private bath that includes a large tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king and shares a jack and jill style bathroom with bedroom three featuring two double beds. Up the spiral stair case, you'll find a Twin and Double bed in the loft with an en-suite full bathroom. Perfect place for family and friends to get together!
