31 Fazio Villas is located through the South Gate and then a quick right over the lagoon bridge, off Carnoustie Road. It's a very short (bike ride or walk) distance by path and walking bridge behind Alexander's to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. It's a little farther to the beach by bike or by free seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle.

Fazio Villas Community Pool [39]This beautiful villa is located on the George Fazio Golf Course is just a few minutes walk to the beach! This villa was recently updated with new flooring, improved lighting, addition of a new office at the end of the kitchen and an expanded deck!
The first floor consists of the kitchen, laundry, dining and living areas. You will have a private deck with another dining area overlooking the Golf Course!
The Primary bedroom has a King bed with an additional Daybed and features an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and tiled shower. The first Guest bedroom has a King Bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combination as well.
The second Guest bedroom has two Queen Beds and its own bathroom as well. This home is perfect for one or two families, being walking distance to the George Fazio Golf Course, General Store and Beach!

Cars must park in designated overflow parking areas by 9:00 a.m.

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.

Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.
No pets are allowed at this property.
