32 Water Oak is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Water Oak complex entrance sign second on the left. Water Oak is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or bike ride away.

It is just 25 steps from the complex pool and a short walk or bike ride to the beach and everything you need for the perfect beach vacation.
Inside, you'll find an open-concept main floor with gorgeous wood-look stone flooring, modern furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to whip up meals or snacks after a day at the beach. The dining area comfortably seats six and flows right into the spacious living room, where a large sectional and HDTV invite you to relax. Just off the living room, there’s a full bathroom—perfect for added convenience.
Also on the main floor is the primary suite, which offers a king bed, HDTV, private patio access, and a beautifully updated en-suite bathroom with a granite-topped vanity and subway-tiled walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the layout is perfect for families or groups. To the right, the queen guest bedroom includes a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity and walk-in shower. Straight ahead, there’s a cozy bunk room with one set of twin bunk beds—ideal for kids or teens. To the left, a third bedroom features one twin bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, its own private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a granite-topped vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Outside, enjoy your morning coffee or an evening meal on the private patio, with seating and views just steps from the pool—so you can keep an eye on the fun while you relax. The villa’s location makes getting around a breeze: walk, bike (just 2–3 minutes), or catch the free seasonal Dunes Buggy shuttle to the beach, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course, general store, and The Dunes House oceanfront restaurant. You're also uniquely situated between the 1st and 18th holes of the acclaimed Robert Trent Jones Golf Course—perfect for golf lovers.
The villa sleeps up to 10 guests and includes 4 full bathrooms. The complex pool is open seasonally from April 1 to September 30. Please note that pets are not allowed.
