32 Water Oak is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Water Oak complex entrance sign second on the left. Water Oak is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or bike ride away.

Entrance to Water Oak [31]You'll love this three bedroom villa in the Water Oak village within Palmetto Dunes. The villa has been updated throughout with stone floors that look like wood, furniture is new, and various other appointments have been modernized.
The kitchen has been opened up for full access from the rest of the condo. It has beautiful with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and comes fully-equipped with everything you'll need. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats six comfortably.
The living room features a large sectional sofa with comfort in mind along with an HDTV and slider access to your private patio. Guests will be able to utilize the half bath off the living room.
Completing the first floor is the Primary bedroom with a king bed, HDTV, slider access to the private patio and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bathroom is nicely done with a granite topped vanity and subway tiled walk-in shower.
Heading upstairs we find the remaining two bedrooms, bonus sleeping area and two bathrooms. On the right is the queen guest bedroom which features a private viewing balcony and an en-suite guest bathroom. This guest bathroom is updated with a granite topped vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Top of the stairs straight ahead is a small 'bonus room' with two twin bunk beds. To the left is the final guest bedroom, which has one twin bed and one set of twin bunk beds, a private viewing balcony and yet another en-suite bathroom. This updated guest bathroom features a granite topped vanity and nicely tiled tub and shower combination.
Outside on your private patio is a table with seating so you may enjoy outdoor dining. The pool is about 25 steps away from your patio, making keeping track of the kids an easy task! The beach is easily accessed with a ten to fifteen minute walk or by calling the Dunes Buggy shuttle, which is an on-demand transportation service that operates seasonally.
