Follow down Queens Folly Road and through the South Gate make the first possible left into Villamare. Conveniently located, leave the car parked and walk or bike to the beach, oceanfront pool, or other amenities located at the heart of the Palmetto Dunes Resort, including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, and much more.

The unit has been very well-kept and has excellent room separation, which makes it great for multiple couples and families alike.
The kitchen is well-designed with lots of cabinet space and counter space. Features include custom cabinetry and granite countertops. There is a dining table for six with additional seating at the kitchen bar area.
The living room provides several windows from which to enjoy sweeping views of the beautiful grounds of Villamare and, of course, the Atlantic Ocean. The furniture is comfortable, and an HDTV with cable is provided.
The primary bedroom consists of a king bed, private balcony, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom boasts a large soaking tub and a separate custom-tiled walk-in shower. On the other side of the condominium is the second bedroom, which features two queen beds with new mattresses, an HDTV, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
Outside on your private balcony, you'll enjoy seating with a view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! The beach is easily accessible with just a short trip down the elevator! Villamare is conveniently located near the Dunes House oceanfront bar and grill and several other Palmetto Dunes amenities, such as golf and tennis/pickleball!
Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

What to expect during your stay:
Work Zones: The project will begin at Building Three and move to Building Two and then Building One. It will take place in sections or “stacks.” They are aiming for three stacks each week. Stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies
Noise: Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Certain areas throughout the neighborhood and parking spaces may be limited.
