Follow down Queens Folly Road and through the South Gate make the first possible left into Villamare. Conveniently located, leave the car parked and walk or bike to the beach, oceanfront pool, or other amenities located at the heart of the Palmetto Dunes Resort, including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, and much more.

The Kitchen is modern with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances and cabinetry. The furniture throughout the living, dining and bedroom areas is tasteful, yet comfortable, and reminds you of a coastal beach getaway.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a private balcony, and en-suite bathroom, with a tiled tub and shower combination.
Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.
**Villamare Painting Project commencing on September 15th, 2025.This includes stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies during this period, along with accompanying noise. The entire undertaking is expected to be completed by March 30th, 2026.
