35 Water Oak is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Water Oak complex entrance sign second on the left. Water Oak is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or bike ride away.

As an end unit, the villa enjoys additional natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
The first floor features the primary suite along with the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The kitchen is well designed with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, and comes fully stocked with all the essentials of home, including a convenient Keurig coffee maker combo. The adjacent dining area is filled with natural light and provides seating for six, making it ideal for gathering over meals.
The living area offers comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, and sliding door access to your private patio. The primary suite, also located on the first floor, includes a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower, adding a touch of comfort and style.
Upstairs, a cozy seating area on the landing provides a quiet spot to relax with a book. The guest bedroom includes two queen beds, a Smart HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom. The guest bathroom features an attractive tiled tub and shower combination.
Step outside to your private patio, where a dining table overlooks the Water Oak community pool-a peaceful setting for enjoying meals or simply taking in the surroundings.
Water Oak villas are great for families and groups alike! The beach is easily accessed with a ten to fifteen minute walk or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a seasonal on-call and free shuttle service operating within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove Harbour!
