35 Water Oak is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Water Oak complex entrance sign second on the left. Water Oak is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or bike ride away.

The kitchen is smartly designed with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, and is fully stocked with all the essentials of home complete with a Keurig coffee maker combo for your convenience. The adjacent dining area offers ample light and seating for six, creating the perfect space for meals.
The living area features comfortable new furniture, a Smart TV, and sliding door access to your private patio. The Primary suite, also located on the first floor, includes a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom. The updated Primary bathroom boasts a beautifully tiled walk-in shower for added luxury.
Upstairs, you’ll find a small, relaxing seating area on the landing ideal for curling up with a book. The guest bedroom features two queen beds with new mattresses, a Smart HDTV, and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has been updated with a lovely tiled tub and shower combination.

Water Oak villas are perfect for families and groups, and with easy beach access via a short 10-15 minute walk or the Palmetto Dunes Buggy (a seasonal on-call, free shuttle service within Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove Harbour), your beach getaway couldn’t be more convenient. The complex pool is open from April 1 - September 30.
