Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.
**Villamare Painting Project commencing on September 15th, 2025.This includes stucco repair, balcony and ceiling enhancements, roof repairs, and painting. Expect to see scaffolding in front of living room windows and balconies during this period, along with accompanying noise. The entire undertaking is expected to be completed by March 30th, 2026.
