36 Water Oak is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Water Oak complex entrance sign second on the left. Water Oak is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or bike ride away.

This villa is newly updated and features a fully equipped kitchen, 50-inch HDTV in the living room, and seating for 7 in the dining room. The living room has access to the private patio. The Primary suite is located on the first floor featuring a king bed, a private bathroom and access to the private patio.
Two guest bedrooms are located on the second floors with outstanding views of the community pool and tropical palms. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
