38 Water Oak is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Water Oak complex entrance sign second on the left. Water Oak is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or bike ride away.

Entrance to Water Oak [40]This beautifully decorated end-unit three bedroom, three and a half bath villa is the perfect choice for your next Hilton Head getaway. As an end unit, the villa offers abundant natural light, creating a bright, open, and airy feel throughout.
The first floor features the main living spaces, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, and primary suite. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and bar seating for two. It comes fully stocked with cookware and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Just off the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four.
The living room offers ample seating, an HDTV, a Wii console, and sliding glass doors that open to your private patio. The first-floor primary suite includes a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom, providing a convenient and comfortable retreat.
Upstairs, the first guest bedroom features a king bed, HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers one queen bed and one double bed, an HDTV, and a private en-suite bathroom as well. A small office workspace at the top of the stairs completes the second floor.
Step outside to your private patio, where you’ll find a dining table for four and views of the Water Oak complex pool, just steps away, making it especially convenient for families.
The beach is easily accessible by a short walk, an even shorter bike ride, or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a seasonal on-call shuttle service within Palmetto Dunes.
