Unfortunately, the Department of Health does not allow for any food items to be provided for guests, but especially during COVID times. At any point in your stay, you are welcome to call the Welcome Center and request additional supplies.

2021 HHI Vacation property- Great!!

-There was black mold in the floor grout lines of the master bathroom shower.VERY UNHEALTHY! All showers drained very slowly to the point of pooling
- because there was inadequate amount of laundry and dishwasher detergent and because the propane tank to the Weber Grill was empty, I had to purchase the supplies myself.
– There was Mud and dirt smeared on the outside wooden portion of The sunroom doors. It looked as though they were not even cleaned.
Most of the concerns are housekeeping issues or maintenance related. I know that the owners take great pride in their property and would want this brought to their attention.Despite these minor inconveniences, this is a fantastic house and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. We hope to return in the future.

It is wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the home so much that you came back for a second stay!
The surface mildew that was in the shower (not black mold) has been cleaned and the caulking replaced. Fortunately, it was not in the grout, but just the surface of the caulking. An easy fix! The laundry and dishwasher tabs are only a "starter kit" as is outlined in all of our pre-arrival communication. That being said, any guest can contact the Welcome Center for replenishment. The same is true of the propane for the grill, just call us and we are happy to bring you a refill.
We have addressed the cleaning of the doors with the cleaning company and are happy to report that this has been taken care of as well.
WE are glad to hear that these minor inconveniences did not get in the way of enjoying your family time at this beautiful home. We look forward to welcoming you back!

39 Full Sweep is located inside the North Gate of Palmetto Dunes. The beach can be easily accessed by a ten minute walk, or by simply calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy which is a complimentary on-call (and seasonal) shuttle service. With your gate pass you’ll go through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy and turn left on Port Tack and finally a right on Full Sweep.

Private Parking [51]From the moment you enter this fantastic home, you will be treated to what you would want in an amazing vacation property only a 10 minute walk to the Palmetto Dunes beach. As you enter the front door, to the left there is a POOL TABLE which is ideal for friendly (or serious) competition! The adjacent living room is perfect for sharing the day’s adventures and is equipped with a large LCD HD TV with Cable and Roku (all the other TVs are equipped with Roku), and a DVD player. Use the amplifier by the tv to play the radio or to stream your own music thru a Bluetooth receiver and send your sounds to the living room, kitchen, primary bedroom, primary bathroom, and/or the pool deck area, each with its own volume control. In the cabinet under the TV, you’ll find a number of games to feed that family competitive spirit.
Beyond the living room, two large French doors open to a sunken fully screened- in porch (think “no bugs”) with table seating for six with sweeping pool and lagoon views. The kitchen was made with your inner-chef in mind with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. In addition, there is a breakfast nook with seating for six as well as bar seating for four at the center island. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with comfortable seating for eight, a great view of the lagoon, and yet another LCD TV (hidden in a cabinet when not needed).
The first bedroom is very spacious with a king-sized bed, LCD TV, comfortable seating area to lounge or read a book, and for those who must work while away (argh), the room has a desk, monitor, and wireless printer with a view over the pool to the lagoon. The en-suite bathroom has a large granite double vanity, walk-in tiled shower, a separate large tub, and an oversized closet.
The second bedroom is on the same side as the first bedroom and features a king-sized bed, LCD TV and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and has a queen-sized bed, LCD TV and also an in-suite bathroom. The third very large guest bedroom contains a queen-sized bed as well as two sets of twin-sized bunk beds, LCD TV, a sleeper, and as with all the bedrooms, an in-suite bathroom - a complete family enclave!
The two Adirondack chairs on the private dock are a great place to wind down at the end of a day with a beverage in hand and watch the egrets, storks, and ibis’! Even the turtles will swim to the dock to greet you. This home has to be experienced to be believed. A mix of fun, view, functionality, and elegance in a truly wonderful way! Your own gas grill will be available for your use.

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.
The spa and pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.
No pets are allowed at this property.
