Great home close to beach

This home was great for our family of 4 (with two young kids) and grandparents. The master suite has been redone and was beautiful. The other bathrooms were dated but suited our needs. The bonus room attached to one of the bedrooms has sliding barn doors that don’t block a lot of sound, but again, worked well for having our youngest close to us. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and there was ample seating both inside and outside. I read reviews indicating this pool could be heated though when I inquired about that I was told this property is one of the few homes that the pool does not have a heater. We were there in July and it was extremely warm and frankly it would have been a waste to pay for heating! That being said, the “hot tub” is just a small pool but still a wonderful feature. The beach access is just around the corner and very easy to get to. We rented a beach wagon to haul all the stuff, even our young kids could manage the short walk. Walking to the general store was a pleasant walk (about a mile) with walkways the whole way. Overall, a great house! Would definitely stay here again!

House was beautiful and clean, short walk to the beach in a quiet location. We wish the pool could have been heated, but we were told they only do that after June 1. That was the only negative thing—weather was cool temperatures and the pool was too cold. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, easy access to beach, nice pool and outside space, clean and spacious for family of eight. Well stocked kitchen. My only piece of feedback is the low flow shower head in the master bathroom is a little too low flow. But we'll be back next year...

We’ve enjoyed this house w times now. Location is excellent, the rooms are well laid out and the renovations are lovely. It’s a very quick walk to the beach and the Dunes House. The house is immaculate and the kitchen has an array of cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. We loved the sunroom for a variety of leisure activities. A great place to stay!

Good, no complaints. Only complaint was that the front door “sticks”. Only the men had enough strength to push open or close. So bad we thought there was a problem with our code at our arrival. Call maintenance and prompt response w/in 10 minutes and “pushed” open

The express check-in was great and overall the experience was good. There were 2 issues with the pool: we paid for heating, but it was not heated; we called management who confirmed it was not heated and said they would notify the pool company. it was not heated until Monday. It was cleaned on Tuesday and all of the controls were turned off, so we had to call management again.

The house was everything we hoped it would be...the pictures accurately portrayed the property. The pool was a lifesaver as the ocean had some nasty jellyfish. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. We did have some issues with noisy neighbors that blasted music day and night at a very high decibel.

We enjoyed the home. My son expressed the issues with the pool already so I will skip that. There were issues with the lighting around the pool too which he might of also mentioned. There was some trash next to my bed that surprised me. With the amount of electrical cords I’m not surprised. Overall the layout of the home was great. The picture of the pool area is not what you see when you get there. Surely some upgrading to the pool is needed.

The owners have labeled everything in the house, the lights, where the plates and glasses go in the cabinet, etc. I loved it. The house was clean and very comfortable. The furniture could be updated, but seemed clean.

Featuring a private pool and a Carolina room, this home is perfect for a relaxing get together.
The dining room seats eight and leads to a well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances along with a convenient pass-through. The main suite features a king bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #2 includes a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #3, a two-room suite, features a king bed in the first room and ensuite bathroom access. The second room in the suite includes a queen bed.
This home offers wonderful living spaces for the entire family. The pool deck has plenty of dining and lounging opportunities in a peaceful setting.
The pool and spa can be heated (June 1 - October 1) for an additional fee.
