40 Sea Lane is located inside the North Gate of Palmetto Dunes. Upon entering the gate, you will head north on Mooring Buoy and merge left onto Sea Lane. It's just a short walk to resort amenities and to the beach via Port Tack. It is a quick drive to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant and more.
