401 Barrington Arms is located about 2 miles off hwy 278 through the South Gate and straight down Ocean Ln in a beautiful oceanfront villa rental complex.
The beach is easily accessible from a boardwalk that connects to the pool deck area and the Arthur Hills Golf course is about a 5 minute
walk. The heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant,
Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball center and more is a just little over a mile away.

Community Pool [38]This condo has been beautifully updated throughout. As you enter, the Kitchen is on your left. The Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and comes fully-equipped to meet your culinary needs. Beyond the open Kitchen is the Dining Area with seating for six. The Kitchen bar has additional seating for two. In the Living Room there is a mounted Flat Screen TV along with a large slider which opens up to your private balcony and views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, mounted Flat Screen TV and private en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom has a granite double vanity and nicely updated tile walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has two twins and a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is updated as well with its granite vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. Outdoors there is space for dining while you look out over the Barrington Community grounds and Atlantic Ocean!
