There are a variety of delicious restaurants very close by, everything from sandwiches to formal dining. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Staying here!

Although outside there was construction going on involving upgrades to the building and the winter temps were nearly freezing, we forgot these back in the room.
Whenever we experience such blessings, we stop and thank God for them, as well as the people who have worked hard to bring them about. Yes. Thank you.

414 Barrington Court is located about 2 miles off hwy 278 through the South Gate and straight down Ocean Ln in a beautiful oceanfront villa rental complex. The beach is easily accessible from a boardwalk that connects to the pool deck area. The heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant, Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball center and more is just a little over a mile away.

Front View of Barrington Court [36]Enjoy one of the best oceanfront views anywhere on Hilton Head Island. This nicely appointed two bedroom oceanfront condominium is focused on comfortability and accentuating the wonderful views. The primary bathroom was just renovated in February 2024.
The kitchen is nicely updated with granite countertops and newer appliances. The kitchen will come fully-equipped, making cooking meals a breeze! The kitchen bar seats a couple guests. There is an all-in-one laundry machine in the kitchen closet as well.
The dining and living areas are just beyond the kitchen, all with oceanfront views. The dining area comfortably seats six guests. The living area consists of an HDTV, ample comfortable furniture and a large slider out to your private oceanfront balcony! A sleeper sofa is here as well.
The primary bedroom is on the left side of the condominium and features a king bed, HDTV and a newly renovate primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has been gorgeously updated with a custom floor-to-ceiling tile shower!
On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom with one queen and one twin bed, HDTV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is nicely done with its custom-tiled tub and shower combination.
Enjoy the sweeping oceanfront view with the outdoor dining table or one of the chaise lounges!

Work Zones: This project has three waves. Each wave will take approximately 4-6 weeks. Scaffolding will be present for the duration.
Noise: Noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.
Parking: Spaces may be limited due to equipment.
