Condo was well appointed in kitchen and other rooms.
Only downside were the bathrooms that I believe have not been updated since the building being built (in the 70s?)
We were so pleased with it that we have booked it for next year, Fall 2022.

428 Captain’s Walk is located mid-island through the South Gate of the Palmetto Dunes entrance, continuing down Ocean Ln with the Captain’s Walk entrance shortly after on the left. Conveniently located on the bike path between the Marriott and Omni hotels, leave the car parked and walk or bike to the beach, oceanfront pool, or other amenities located at the heart of the Palmetto Dunes Resort, including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, and much more.

Captains Walk Community Pool [33]As soon as you enter this 5th floor Hilton Head oceanfront villa you'll be greeted by sweeping panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The entire villa has been updated with new wood flooring.
The Kitchen is to the left as you enter and comes fully-equipped to meet the needs of your family or group. Beyond the Kitchen is the Dining Area with seating for six. The Living Room features all new furniture, a flat screen TV and slider access to your private oceanfront balcony. The Primary Bedroom consists of a King bed, flat screen TV and en-suite Primary Bathroom. The en-suite Primary Bath has a tiled tub and shower combination. The Guest Bedroom consists of one Double Bed as well as a Day Bed, flat screen TV and its own en-suite bathroom. The Guest Bathroom also features a tiled tub and shower combination.
On the Private Oceanfront Balcony there is a table and chairs with seating for five guests. This straight-ahead view of the Atlantic Ocean is one of the very few on the island and is highly sought after. Captain's Walk is located across the street from several amenities such as the George Fazio golf course and within easy walking distance to the General Store, Outfitters Bike and Kayak shop, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.
