47 Water Oak is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Water Oak complex entrance sign second on the left. Water Oak is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or bike ride away.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home, making it easy to prepare meals for family and friends. The dining area, located between the kitchen and living room, provides seating for eight. The living room features all-new furnishings, a large HDTV, and sliding doors that open to a private patio with peaceful views of the community pool.
The first floor includes the primary bedroom, furnished with a King bed, HDTV, and direct access to the patio. The en-suite bathroom features a granite vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find three guest bedrooms, each with its own HDTV and private en-suite bathroom. The King guest bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or quiet time. The second guest bedroom offers two queen beds, an en-suite bathroom, and access to its own private balcony overlooking the community pool. The third guest bedroom features two twin beds, an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and its own private balcony. A shared seating area is located on the second-floor landing, just outside all three bedrooms.
Outside, the large back patio includes seating for eight and a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining. The community pool is just steps away, approximately 20 feet from the patio. The beach is an easy five-minute walk, with direct access to the Atlantic Ocean at the end of the street.
This villa is conveniently located in the Water Oak community within Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort and is an excellent choice for families and groups year-round.
