47 Water Oak is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Water Oak complex entrance sign second on the left. Water Oak is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or bike ride away.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the comforts of home, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. The dining area, located between the kitchen and living room, features seating for eight. The living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, a large HDTV, and sliding doors that open to your private patio with beautiful pool views.
The first-floor primary suite includes a King-size bed, HDTV, and private slider access to the patio. The en-suite bathroom has been newly updated with a granite vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms. To the left is a guest bedroom with a King-size bed, HDTV, and sliding doors to a private deck. Its custom en-suite bathroom features a granite vanity and a uniquely tiled tub and shower combination. Straight ahead is another guest bedroom with a King-size bed, HDTV, and a custom-updated en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity and tiled tub and shower. The final guest bedroom offers two Twin beds, an HDTV, and sliding doors to a private deck, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a granite vanity and a tiled walk-in shower.
Outside, the large back patio offers seating for eight and a gas grill, perfect for outdoor dining. The pool is just steps away, only 20 feet from the patio. The beach is an easy five-minute walk to the end of the street, where a beach access path leads you directly to the Atlantic Ocean.

This project, undertaken by Hilton Head Island/Beaufort County, is vital for protecting the shoreline, maintaining a wide and beautiful beach for everyone to enjoy, and ensuring the long-term health of the coastal ecosystem.
No pets are allowed at this property.
