The property was exquisite! So clean and perfect location. Walk out the back slider to pool. It is a 10-15 minute walk to beach. We would stay again and would highly recommend it!

We had a great time in this lovely townhouse where we could walk out the back slider and we were only a few steps away from the pool. Short easy walk to the beach. 4 bedrooms met our needs for all 9 of us, 3 were under 12 years old. Dining room table seated all nine of us using an extra chair from the foyer. Kitchen had pretty much every cooking utensil we needed and the beverage fridge helped accommodate all the extra drinks. I always feel damp in Hilton Head condos and this trip was no different. It’s probably due to a couple rainy days, lots of showers and wet towels. The washer and dryer took a long time. Not big enough for the needs of 9 but it wouldn’t stop us from renting here again.

Our group of four senior golfers stayed in a Water Oak villa for a week. The unit was in a great location about three blocks from the beach.
It was clean and had everything we needed. The check-in process was seamless and we received periodic texts during the week to ask if we had any questions or concerns.
When we visit HHI in the future we will not hesitate to book this villa again.

Location good. Beds good. Need more pillow cases left for extra pillows in closet. Outside front faucet meets dial you turn replaced. It has sharp edges since most of circle broken and someone in our group cut a finger. Also needs a hose attached to help wash off sand from beach on feet and legs. Sshower/tub faucet in king bedroom upstairs loose and hard to get shower head water to come out strong since some of water still coming out faucet.

We all enjoyed the home which was updated throughout. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool is nice with plenty of chairs although the water was really cold. Our only complaint was that we rented for a week but there was no toilet paper or paper towels and no cooking items like salt, pepper, etc.The home had been cleaned and trash put in cans outside but despite our calls it was not emptied for 3 days.

Was a great overall stay. Property was nice but could use a new grill. We didn’t know the pool wasn’t open so that was disappointing as it was a selling point. Worker at the general store was kinda rude. Great location and easy walk to beach. House was awesome.

The home was lovely, coastal theme decorations, and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood during first week of March. Easy walk or bike to center of community and beach. Palmetto Dunes staff always helpful and responsive before, during, and after our stay; always available to answer questions. Would stay again and would recommend. We always choose Palmetto Dunes for our HHI stays.

Beautifully decorated and surprisingly spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo was perfect for our family and friends spring break trip. We had 5 teenagers and 4 adults and we all had plenty of room. We appreciated having outdoor space to sit and access to a few beach supplies. The location was perfect for a short ride to the beach, General Store and tennis. We would definitely stay here again!

I was so pleasantly surprised with how gorgeous this rental was. It's not pictured here, but the kitxhen was enturely redone and is very modern, pretty, and well equipped, creating a very open and inviting space. The bedrooms are very nicely sized. While Palmetto Dunes property is absolutely massive and can be challenging to navigate, I found customer service to be very responsive and supportive.

Very clean and newly renovated home. Kitchen is updated and very functional, at the time of this review the old kitchen pics are still listed. Overall the property was very clean and came with any beach equipment that one might need. Walk to the beach is half a mile.

47 Water Oak is located through the North Gate down Mooring Buoy then the second left onto Haul Away with the Water Oak complex entrance sign second on the left. Water Oak is right on the Robert Trent Jones Golf course within the Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort. It's a very short distance to the heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort featuring Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant and more. The beach is a short 10 minute walk or bike ride away.

Many updates have been made to this large poolfront villa.
The Kitchen has all the amenities of home and comes fully-equipped to meet your family's cooking needs. The Dining Area has seating for eight and is located between the living and kitchen areas. The Living Room features a large HDTV, plenty of seating and slider access to your private patio with pool views.
The first floor Primary Suite contains a King sized bed, HDTV and its own slider access to a smaller private patio. This bedroom also features a newly updated en-suite bathroom with granite vanity and tiled walk-in shower.
Heading upstairs there are three more bedrooms. To the left is a Guest Bedroom with a King bed, HDTV and slider to a private deck. The en-suite bathroom is totally custom with its granite vanity and uniquely tiled tub and shower combination. Straight ahead is another Guest Bedroom with two Double size beds, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom custom updated with granite vanity and tiled tub and shower combination. The last Guest Bedroom features two Twin size beds, HDTV and a slider to a private deck. This bedroom has yet another completely custom updated bathroom with granite vanity a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
The back patio is large with seating for eight and a large gas grill. The pool is 20 feet from your patio! The beach is a 5 minute walk to the end of the street where a beach access path will get you the rest of the way!
