As you enter the condo, you'll be welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, a breakfast nook, and a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The pass-through window from the kitchen provides a seamless view into the dining room, living area, and the 11-mile lagoon system.
The newly added sunroom features cozy seating and opens directly onto a private deck, where you can enjoy peaceful mornings or relaxing evenings while admiring the wildlife along the lagoon.
On the first floor, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, HDTV, and views of the lagoon. The fully renovated en-suite bathroom includes his-and-her vanities and a large, beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Across the hall, you'll find a shared guest bathroom that has also been fully renovated, featuring a tiled walk-in shower with privacy glass. The guest bedroom on this floor is furnished with a queen and twin bed, includes an HDTV, and has direct access to the front porch.
The living room is a cozy gathering space with vaulted ceilings and Smart HDTV.
