507 Queens Grant is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. After turning into Palmetto Dunes Resort, follow down Queens Folly Road for ½ mile and after crossing over the bridge, make the first left into Queens Grant. The Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse is a short walk away as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center and Alexander’s Restaurant! The beach is easily accessible by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle.

The fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and generous counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. It is well-stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats more than six guests, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach.
Just beyond the kitchen, the living room is tastefully decorated in a beach-contemporary style and offers multiple comfortable seating options for everyone to unwind. An HDTV with cable is provided for your entertainment.
The first floor also features the primary suite, complete with a king bed, HDTV, and private access to the deck. The updated primary bathroom showcases a custom tiled walk-in shower and custom vanity, creating a spa-like retreat.
Upstairs, you’ll find two beautifully updated guest bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Both upstairs bedrooms now feature two double beds in each room, providing ample sleeping space for family and friends. Each bedroom is equipped with its own HDTV.
