5107 Hampton Place South is located just through the South Gate and then down Ocean Lane with the Hampton Place complex entrance on the left. Guests will have easy access to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes Resort has to offer including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop and more as well as direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk.

The kitchen is fully-equipped to meet your family's cooking needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining area with a large table for six.
The spacious living area is tastefully decorated with a beach contemporary sectional sofa and 2 chairs. In addition, a large Smart TV completes the room.
The Primary suite offers a king bed with sweeping ocean views. Down a private hallway you will enter the bathroom featuring a granite double vanity and an oversized custom-tiled walk-in shower with frameless glass.
The guest bedroom has two double beds, HDTV, and a bathroom has a granite double vanity and a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.
Hampton Place complex is immaculately kept and offers amenities such as a large pool area, including a lap pool, pavilion, fitness center, barbecue area with propane grills, children's pool, gazebo, and elevated sun deck.

No pets are allowed at this property.
**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
