The beach is easily accessible from a boardwalk that connects to the pool deck area. The heart of Palmetto Dunes Resort with the Hilton Head Outfitters Shop, Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander's Restaurant, Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball center and more is just a little over a mile away.

The Kitchen is on the right upon entering this penthouse-level condo and features granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry! The Primary Bedroom consists of a King Bed with Flat Screen TV. There is a bonus vanity also, in addition to the en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of all modern amenities including a tiled tub and shower combination. The Nautically-Themed Guest Bedroom consists of Two Twin beds and a Flat Screen TV. The Guest Bathroom is similar in style to the master bathroom. The Living and Dining Areas have been updated with new paint, a new sofa and new dining room table and chairs.
The Living Room has slider access to your own private ocean view balcony. Barrington Court Community has its own year-round Heated Pool and Hot Tub, along with Charcoal Grills for guest use. Barrington Court also includes covered parking. You'll be down the elevator and out to the beach in less than 5 minutes!
