The ones provided were probably about the quality that one would find at a Motel6 or a Days Inn. They were CHEAP. We could put up with that for one or two nights, but 56 nights was a little much. We purchased our own hand towels.

5207 Hampton Place South is located just through the South Gate and then down Ocean Lane with the Hampton Place complex entrance on the left. Guests will have easy access to all the amenities Palmetto Dunes Resort has to offer including the Palmetto Dunes General Store, Alexander’s Restaurant, Hilton Head Outfitters Shop and more as well as direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk.

The adjacent dining area seats six. The living room has a sleeper sofa and an additional bistro table next to a wall of windows. Both bathrooms are fully renovated with luxurious showers, one with a jacuzzi. Your private oceanfront balcony features outdoor dining and seating for four. The Hampton Place complex is immaculately kept and offers amenities such as a large pool area and pavilion, private gym, barbecue area, children's pool, gazebo, and large suntanning deck.

**Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on any unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise.
