Loved location! Loved the bike paths! Condo was nice. Our condo definitely needed better vacuum! In order to keep condo clean, a better vacuum is desperately needed. The knives provided were extremely dull and we replaced the can opener. The patio could use some help too.

The condo was beautiful, well-appointed, spacious, clean. The beds were comfortable, lots of closet space (with hangers & iron). The kitchen was stocked with dishes, storage containers, and utensils; the coffee maker could have been better. The patio could use a little love, but the table and chairs were nice, and the grill worked. The pools were hard to find (only found 3 after a week) and needed to be cleaned. One was just leaves, but the other two were murky. Great location/great condo/yucky pools - go to the beach.

We stayed for a month. The Island itself exudes a relaxed feeling as soon as you cross the bridge. Palmetto Dunes is meticulously maintained. 525 Queens Grant is perfectly situated within the resort. It’s close to everything yet private. The pools and driving range are within walking distance. The bike/kayak rental area, general store, pickle ball courts, and Alexander’s restaurant are just down the street. The unit itself is excellent. Very clean and well appointed with new appliances. The large living room and dining room are very comfortable. A casual day includes, chipping and putting, hitting a bucket, biking down the beautiful meandering paths under the oaks with the hanging moss, taking the little bridge over the dunes and ride down the beach with the wind at your back. Finishing with a smoothie at the Dunes house and a dip in the pool. The tide and moon charts for ideal times day or night to be on the beach. The marina on the opposite side of 278 can easily reached by the bike path. We enjoyed the restaurants, ice cream and pastry in the marina. The dolphin cruise was a nice touch. All the courses on the island are top notch. Hilton Head National was my favorite “off island “ course. We called the property managers about the TV. It was a smart TV as well as cable. They graciously came by to explain how to use these features.

This condo has been renovated and they did a great job on it. It is really beautiful and very well setup. The kitchen has everything you might need. I loved how close we were to the Tennis/Pickleball center and we walked there every day. Great location and condo overall.

Although, I would suggest that maintenance come out and check the stove. The front left burner kept turning on and off. It wasn't a big deal since we used the other burner.

    525 Queens Grant is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. After turning into Palmetto Dunes Resort, follow down Queens Folly Road for ½ mile and after crossing over the bridge, make the first left into Queens Grant. The Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse is a short walk away as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center and Alexander’s Restaurant! The beach is easily accessible by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle.
