526 Queens Grant is located near the entrance of Palmetto Dunes Resort and along the Robert Trent Jones golf course. After turning into Palmetto Dunes Resort, follow down Queens Folly Road for ½ mile and after crossing over the bridge, make the first left into Queens Grant. The Robert Trent Jones golf course and clubhouse is a short walk away as well as the General Store, Tennis and Pickleball Center and Alexander’s Restaurant! The beach is easily accessible by a short walk, shorter bike ride or by calling the seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy Shuttle.

Queens Grant Community Pool [33]You will fall in love with this wonderfully decorated Queens Grant villa! Recently refreshed with new paint throughout, the vibrant, colorful tones create a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
The kitchen is quite large and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is open to the living space of the villa. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats six. Beyond the dining area, the living room is nicely decorated with a leather sofa and loveseats along with a wall-mounted HDTV. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The living room provides easy access to the brand-new, large composite private deck just beyond its sliders. There is a gas grill to cook up meals for your friends and family!
The primary bedroom consists of a king bed, HDTV, and an en-suite primary bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination. The second bedroom contains two double beds, HDTV, and an en-suite guest bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination.
Outside on your private deck, you will enjoy a nice outdoor dining with seating for six and two lounge chairs for chilling out. This Queens Grant villa is centrally located, providing very easy access to everything wonderful that Palmetto Dunes has to offer; the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, Pickleball courts, Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and driving range, General Store and Alexanders Restaurant. The beach can be accessed by a 5-10 minute bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, a seasonal (and free) on-call shuttle service.
