As you enter this luxurious condominium, you'll first notice its open concept and beautiful luxury vinyl floors throughout. The kitchen is completely new with custom Farmington beadboard style cabinets, stainless steel appliances and beautiful Fantasy Brown polished Quartz countertops. The kitchen will be fully-equipped with everything you're accustomed to in your own home. The dining area is updated with a chair and bench style dining set which comfortably seats six.
The living area is wonderfully decorated with antique yet beach-centric finishes that will thrill all who experience it.
The Primary bedroom features a new king bed and bedding, HDTV, and an en-suite Primary bathroom. The bathroom is incredible with it's custom double vanity, large tiled walk-in shower with rainfall shower head as well as a separate jetted sunken tub.
On the other side of the villa is the second bedroom with two double beds, HDTV as well as its own en-suite guest bathroom. The bathroom is completely updated with custom vanity cabinets and quartz countertops and another large tiled walk-in shower. Outside on your private balcony there is lounge seating for several with fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean! The Hampton Place complex features a large community swimming pool, separate lap pool, hot tub, grilling and entertaining areas.
