Hampton Place Community Fitness Center [33]5404 Hampton Place is a beautifully decorated one bedroom and two bath villa. It is located on the 4th floor with a stunning ocean view looking over lush greenery.
Upon entering the villa, you will notice the serene blue walls which create and light and airy feel. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a bar counter with seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area which features a table for six this open to the living room with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a sliding door that leads out to the main balcony which also connects to the bedroom.
Off the living area is the primary bedroom which has a king sized bed and a smart TV and a sliding door for convenient balcony access. The attached bathroom has a large soaking tub and a stall shower.
The Hampton Place complex features an adults only lap pool, large community pool, hot tub, children's pool, gas grill, covered pavilion with tables for enjoying an outdoor lunch in the shade!
